I have a passion for successful design and marketing strategies that challenge the norm and produce results. A design leader that has been thrust into many types of situations, projects and teams but I always find solutions that are the best for all involved. I’m a mix of detail oriented, organized, artistic and personable and a strong communicator who is extremely effective at team development and motivation.

I have over 22 years of experience as a communicator and creative manager, with a varied background in roles and responsibilities. I have served a number of organizations, and have had to fill many different titles. I have developed a reputation as a creative director with strong skills that also has a passion for people.

Whatever the future might have in store for me, I look forward to keeping this momentum going and being the best I can. I'm just working at being the best designer, team member, manager, mentor, student and anything else that comes up.
